Apostille (“certification” in French) is a term that describes certification given by the authorized entity of the state that certifies that the certificate is official, original and was issued by the entity authorized to do so.
You cannot receive an “apostille” stamp for public documents at the Embassy. However, the Embassy can assist you in obtaining this stamp.

It is not possible to renounce only the citizenship of a minor, because he was born in Israel. The options you have are: to submit a Declaration of Waiver of Citizenship Application for the entire family.

You must go to the nearest mission. There you will be requested to complete an Application for a Passport / Laissez Passer and a Declaration of loss / theft / destruction of a passport form. You must also bring with you two 5x5cm current pictures, a fee in local currency for issuing a travel document as well as an additional fee for loss/theft of the passport.
